Tungsten Rings Online manufacturers all of our rings to the highest standard in our industry! Each order is handled with great care, and we strive to provide fast, friendly, and professional service. Each order is backed by our satisfaction guarantee!

v All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase date, and must not show any signs of wear.

v We do not accept any returns that have been damaged or altered in any way.

v We do not accept returns on custom orders. Custom orders are those that have requested a special finish that is not offered on the product ordered. 

v Engraving does not make an order custom, and yes, may be returned. Engraving fees, however, are not refundable.

v We are not responsible for damaged return packages, or lost returned packages. Please carefully insure your package!

v We suggest insuring your package for the full value of the item(s) being returned. You may ship through any shipping carrier; the US Postal Service is typically the least expensive way to ship a package. Any unauthorized packages will be returned to the sender.

 

A full merchandise refund will be issued upon receipt of the acceptable returned merchandise, less the original shipping and handling fees and any applicable engraving fees. Please note: If the FREE shipping option was selected for the original shipment, there will be a charge of $12 to cover the original shipping costs. Machine engraved bands are subject to a $20 removal fee if returned for an exchange or refund.

Sizing

We offer free sizing replacements for the lifetime of your ring. Rings will be re-sized or replaced at no charge, you will only be charged to ship the ring back to you. Please note that rings with custom finishes or engravings are subject to a small fee. We try to minimize these costs as much as possible, but occasionally the engraving or finishes need to be re-applied after sizing changes.

Exchanges

If the ring you ordered simply does not fit your style, you can request an exchange or a different ring that is available on our website. You will only be charged to ship the new style to you, and any difference in price will either be credited or charged to your card. Rings that have laser engraving added are subject to a $15-20 to remove the engraving from the original ring purchased. We do not offer exchanges on custom orders.

Changing Prices of Precious Metals

You may have noticed that the prices of precious metals have been changing drastically lately. We try our best to update our prices (both raising and lowering) as the price of metal changes. Although it is unlikely, in the rare case that the price of metal has changed so quickly that we cannot change our prices quick enough to match, we deserve the right to contact you with a final price. We do everything we possibly can to avoid such scenarios, but will contact you if it does.

Lost your wedding ring?

TRO maintains records of previous orders, so even if you lose your wedding ring years from now, simply send us an email and we can tell you what ring you ordered. This makes re-ordering simple and easy. Our lifetime warranty doesn't cover loss of your original wedding band. If you have lost more than one ring from us let us know and we can give you the best pricing on a new wedding band from us. We know the frustration of losing a wedding band and will be happy to help when we can.
